Shipping and returns

Netherlands

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped directly to your address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

 

International 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days, depending on location.

Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Hidden Perspective cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or customs.

 

Delays or Issues With Delivery

Shipping delays may occur due to the carrier’s schedule, weather conditions, or other external factors. While we do not control the carrier’s operations, we will always support you in resolving any delivery issues.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or has not arrived as expected, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

At the same time, reach out to us we will assist you wherever possible and provide all necessary information to help resolve the situation.

Responsibility

We remain responsible for ensuring that your order is successfully delivered to you, as required under consumer protection laws. If a shipment cannot be traced or confirmed as delivered, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• All tags and labels must remain attached

Return shipping costs (both within the Netherlands and internationally) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

Return process

1. Contact us at info@hiddenperspective.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive return instructions within 1-2 business days.

3. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused
